I would like to receive this podcasts every day
I would like to have this podcasts…
I’ve never cooked with Lamb before and I’d really like to try. Does anyone know some good recipes that I could try? I purchased some really good Lamb Chops and a small rack of Lamb from the store. So recipe suggestions involving either of those cuts would be greatly appreciated. I’m open to any suggestions. Thanks a bunch!
Meca,
I just saw your question as I was walking out the door on my way to work. I have a really fantastic way to cook rack of lamb, so if you can wait, I’ll do a blog post either late tonight, or early tomorrow. Also, your best chance of getting questions answered by other readers is to post them in the comments section of the most recent blog post on the main page. So stay tuned for “roasted rack of lamb.”
Update: I just posted a recipe and technique article for roasted lamb rack. Click here to check it out.
I just discovered your blog and podcast via a link on Wikipedia when looking up risotto. I look forward to following along and learning!
