Hi Jacob,
today I listened to your podcast and I was just thinking about the eventuality of serving canapés style cheese and dessert courses. Often small desserts are more effective in tempting sweet teeth

I think its a great idea. Desserts scale really well to miniature bites, and cheese is even easier. Here are some ideas…
For dessert:
Minature Devils Food Cake
Strawberry Shortcakes
Cheese Cake Filling Piped on Gram Cracker
For Cheese (all served on either bread or crackers):
Bruleed Goat Cheese With Pistachios
Gorgonzola Dolce with Candied Pecans and Pickled Red Onion
Smoked Gouda with Heirloom Tomatoes and Basil
